Cheers to 50 Years! This year marks the 50th anniversary of Redbud District’s Standard Flower Show. Daisy has been featured in many of these shows, so we celebrate her with Decades of Daisy. There are many Milestones and Memories, and Daisy Says, Now Is The Time… for Celebrations.

We welcome you to join the fun and Mountain of Memories as we take a delightful tour through the many years that Daisy has Bewitched us, taken us ‘Round the Mountain, shown her patriotism by Saluting America, Rocked the Mountain, shared her Cookin’ and Driven her way into our hearts. Come see what paths Daisy will travel this year on her nostalgic tour as we relive The Best of Daisy! Many previous show titles, as well as Division, Section and Class titles have been incorporated into this 50th Show Schedule. It will be a trip down memory lane for Daisy.

Decades of Daisy is a compilation of titles found in Redbud schedules from 1972-2022, and the years are noted in parentheses following the titles in this schedule. The first forty-eight shows were held at Stone Mountain Park (Stone Mountain, Ga.) and the two most recent at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center (Atlanta, Ga.).

Daisy Through the Ages has been portrayed as a sophisticated Southern Lady, a strong woman in Daisy Fabulous at Forty, an environmental activist in Going Green Daisy Style and always an avid gardener.

As we take a Stroll Through Daisy’s Garden, we are greeted by trees, The Stewards of the Garden, flanking the entry. Statuary and Sculptural Forms dot the garden. Daisy’s garden can be described as an amazing Tapestry of Color and a Fusion of Green. Flowering perennials put on a Repeat Performance with their showy flowers. And many Savory Delights can be found in the edible Victory Garden. Daisy has shown her artistic side by dabbling in the arts in Daisy Digs Art and Dancing ‘Round the World. Daisy Delights in Show and Tell, so she Tells Her Story, but Time Flies, so let the Fun Times begin.
