Tally Sweat, BWC Lifetime Achievement Awardee

The GWC is proud to honor Tally Sweat with our first-ever Georgia Water Coalition Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was presented during Capitol Conservation Day on February 27th at the State Capitol. Tally has served on the GWC leadership and legislative teams for over a decade representing the Garden Club of Georgia.
 
GWC Leaders spoke about Tally’s commitment and work with the GWC to keep Georgia’s waters clean and preserve the state’s environment. You can watch the video of the award presentation here. Tally was also honored by Georgia House Resolution 1219 for her decades of work to protect public Greenspaces and Georgia's natural resources.
